Dirty with Movie Posters

I got it from one of many walls in Bangkok, you can see almost every street. It is advertisement of Movie, Musical Play on someone's house wall. How rude it is? I think I myself will be very angry if finding this sort of paper on my house's fence, door or even wall ??? Good advertising you think? No, I don't think so.
