She is mother of giving I think, but only my guess. Got this shot not far from Grand Palace. Too bad that no real water for her to pour to anyone.

I like her one-shouldered dress and arm band. There is always something very sad about fountains without water, but it's a necessity during dry, summer months when water — and even power — needs to be conserved.
