It may look cheap for foreigner after converting to their money, but I'm sure it is not cheap for Thai. The last one at price 8.50 per litre is NGV which is cheapest and most of Taxi used it.
Just coincident that I got another dog photo, but it is not that cute as the last dog. He doesn't have rich owner for sure.

here too the rate of petrol is quite expensive
